Woodland Primary School District #50 Supported Stacey Anderson Getting to Know Woodland Primary Woodland Primary is a kindergarten center that is located in Gages Lake, Illinois, north of Chicago. A break-down of what our school looks like is below: • 35% of our population are low income students. • 36% of our population are English as a Second Language student. • 10% of our population is in a special education setting or getting resource services. • 28% of our population attends our Dual Language program. Our staff is dedicated to giving each student an amazing first year of school. In 2013, Woodland Primary was Whole Child (cont.) WINTER 2016 | VOLUME 62 | NUMBER 4 | PAGE 30
