The Salem City Schools Growth Project
The Salem City Schools Growth Project is a highly participatory and ongoing process in which teachers and leaders are collaboratively designing systems to: 1) measure and report student growth in all grade-levels/content-areas; 2) align professional evaluation systems to ensure that student growth is the centerpiece of teacher and leader evaluations; and 3) research strategic compensation models.
