The entire family is involved in the company. Nancy is the nurturer of the bunch with her husband, Larry, being the practical one and the main numbers guy. He makes sure the behind-the- scenes work keeps rolling right along in conjunction with the dreams his wife and daughter cook up. And Chelsea is now grown and part of it all. She's completely at home all over the globe and puts a lot of energy and thought into the sustainable aspects of running a business on more than one continent.
